I really can't recommend her in 100% but in summary she regained and was able to help me from my financial mess to a stable and financial balance. I invested my last $1,300 and I was restless because that was my last hope but behold she was able to help me generate the sum of $14,950 all within a week. Charlie, his team and installation crew were excellent. Pre-sales support was informative, considerate and patient. They helped me extensively with documenting, communicating estimates/specs and ultimately getting my insurance claim paid - it would’ve been a much larger hassle if it weren’t for their support and expertise. Once the work was scheduled, the roofing crew arrived promptly, installed skillfully and were very polite and attentive to my requests. Follow-up was prompt and effective. We unfortunately sustained extensive damage to our home and two out-buildings due to recent inclement weather. Knowing the complexities involved dealing with insurance companies, we wanted a local company that had extensive experience with claims along with the ability to provide an expert evaluation of damages. After doing some local research and seeing other properties in the Southern Maryland area that sustained damages and had their roofs replaced, we reached out Summit Exteriors. Rob and his team of professionals responded quickly and were able to turn our unfortunate situation into a hassle free, easy process. They provided a very detailed inspection and explained exactly how they would go about dealing with our insurance adjusters. Anyone whose ever had to deal with insurance companies for a claim know this can be a very daunting task. The Summit Exteriors team relieved us of this headache and dealt directly with our adjusters to ensure we received top quality materials and service. I would highly recommend reaching out to Rob and his team at Summit Exteriors if you sustained or think you’ve sustained any type of storm damage. Summit came out and reviewed my insurance adjusters report and the storm damage to my house. We put a plan in place after reviewing the material options and choices. Summit's roofing crew replaced the damaged roofing followed by the siding replacement. The crews worked quickly, cleaned up as they went and provided a quality product. Last year I called to get an evaluation on my roof. I didn’t want to start any other projects until I was sure the roof was okay. The first company didn’t go on the roof and would not provide a quote when I wanted to know if it would be covered by my insurance. The second company was too busy to return my calls. Finally I called Summit. They came out and climbed up on the roof right away. They identified the issues, talked me thru all options and helped me navigate the insurance claim process. They were on site when the insurance evaluator came out, just in case they might have questions. The team was here waiting for first light and worked until sunset cleaning up. The roof was replaced all in one day. Summit came back this morning and did a sweep for any nails that were missed the night before. Call Summit Exteriors for your next project.

A hail storm struck the house and literally left holes that you could stick your arm through. Robbie was the first on scene and was enthusiastic the moment he stepped out of the truck. we informed him that we may choose a different contractor but he still remained enthusiastic on JUST LOOKING at the damage. After discussions with multiple contractors we decided to go with Robbie and Summit. We chose to get a "few" upgrades but the entire Summit crew helped us make our dreams a reality. Last summer, a hailstorm caused significant damage to our siding, roof, and gutters. After consulting with several companies, Summit stood out as the best choice. Robbie was exceptionally helpful and flexible throughout the entire process. We had solar panels that needed to be removed, which added complexity, but Robbie coordinated with his partners to ensure everything went smoothly. Each part of the job was handled by highly professional and competent staff, including the roofers, siding crew, gutter crew, and solar engineers. Robbie continuously checked in to ensure our satisfaction and comfort with the progress. Lee managed the coordination with our insurance agency, making the process of payments and inspections seamless, which was a great relief for us.
