Last summer we had a hailstorm that did some pretty extensive damage to our siding, roof, and gutters. After talking to a few different companies Summit felt like the best fit; Robbie was extremely helpful and flexible through the whole process. We had solar panels that had to be removed which made things a bit more complex, but Robbie worked with us and his partners to line up a schedule that ensured everything went smoothly. Every aspect of the job was staffed with very professional and very competent staff, the roofers, siding crew, gutter crew, and solar engineers. Throughout each stage Robbie reached out to check on our satisfaction and comfort with the job/progress. Lee worked with the insurance agency to help streamline coordination for payments and inspections; this was a huge lift off our shoulders as we are not familiar with that realm of knowledge. Job was completed on time and on budget, and everything looks better than it did before post storm even. Extremely satisfied with the quality of staff and work performed. The constant dialogue to keep us updated on delivery dates, and scope, as well as reassurance and answering our questions was 5 stars. Cannot recommend this company enough. If you need any work done on your house or other structures, this IS THE COMPANY to work with.

Charlie, his team and installation crew were excellent. Pre-sales support was informative, considerate and patient. They helped me extensively with documenting, communicating estimates/specs and ultimately getting my insurance claim paid - it would’ve been a much larger hassle if it weren’t for their support and expertise. We unfortunately sustained extensive damage to our home and two out-buildings due to recent inclement weather. Knowing the complexities involved dealing with insurance companies, we wanted a local company that had extensive experience with claims along with the ability to provide an expert evaluation of damages. After doing some local research and seeing other properties in the Southern Maryland area that sustained damages and had their roofs replaced, we reached out Summit Exteriors. Rob and his team of professionals responded quickly and were able to turn our unfortunate situation into a hassle free, easy process. They provided a very detailed inspection and explained exactly how they would go about dealing with our insurance adjusters. Anyone whose ever had to deal with insurance companies for a claim know this can be a very daunting task. The Summit Exteriors team relieved us of this headache and dealt directly with our adjusters to ensure we received top quality materials and service. A hail storm struck the house and literally left holes that you could stick your arm through. Robbie was the first on scene and was enthusiastic the moment he stepped out of the truck. we informed him that we may choose a different contractor but he still remained enthusiastic on JUST LOOKING at the damage. Last year I called to get an evaluation on my roof. I didn’t want to start any other projects until I was sure the roof was okay. The first company didn’t go on the roof and would not provide a quote when I wanted to know if it would be covered by my insurance. The second company was too busy to return my calls. Finally I called Summit. They came out and climbed up on the roof right away. They identified the issues, talked me thru all options and helped me navigate the insurance claim process. They were on site when the insurance evaluator came out, just in case they might have questions. The team was here waiting for first light and worked until sunset cleaning up. The roof was replaced all in one day. Summit came back this morning and did a sweep for any nails that were missed the night before. Call Summit Exteriors for your next project.

I highly recommend Summit Exteriors! From the initial roof inspection to the upfront estimate and quality workmanship, every step of the process was seamless. The office staff and every crew member working on my roof were professional, polite, and dedicated to excellence. Our roof was a challenging one to replace, yet they handled it with expertise. When the job was completed, we were left with a stunning new roof—and a yard so clean it was as if they had never been there. They took the time to clean up thoroughly each day, which was greatly appreciated. Choosing Summit Exteriors was a fantastic experience!

What a wonderful company to deal with, I highly recomend them. From the time I first called the office to have them come out a give me a quote on the job until they finished it was nothing but professional. They were fast and polite and my roof looks beautiful! We requested Summit Exteriors after noticing hail damage. We had seen Summit in our area completing other roofs and saw that they were doing excellent work. Mr. Taylor from Summit came immediately out and assisted with everything needed for the insurance claim. Once approved the work was scheduled and completed right on time. Summit came out and reviewed my insurance adjusters report and the storm damage to my house. We put a plan in place after reviewing the material options and choices. Summit's roofing crew replaced the damaged roofing followed by the siding replacement. The crews worked quickly, cleaned up as they went and provided a quality product. Summit Exterior's team visited the site regularly and provided feedback to any questions that me or my wife had and always addressed them promptly and professionally. Robbie and his team did an outstanding job on my roof installation prior to my placing my house for sale. I had a flat roof that needed repair which added some additional time. Robert took care of our hail damage roofs, we had a hassle free experience. This was the first time I had to deal with the insurance, he and Lee helped us all the way. I had him do 2 more houses in the neighborhood. And would highly recommend him. He was polite and took care of all our concerns. All the staff at the office was very helpful courteous & professional.
