Last year I called to get an evaluation on my roof. I didn’t want to start any other projects until I was sure the roof was okay. The first company didn’t go on the roof and would not provide a quote when I wanted to know if it would be covered by my insurance. The second company was too busy to return my calls. Finally I called Summit. They came out and climbed up on the roof right away. They identified the issues, talked me thru all options and helped me navigate the insurance claim process. They were on site when the insurance evaluator came out, just in case they might have questions. The team was here waiting for first light and worked until sunset cleaning up. The roof was replaced all in one day. Summit came back this morning and did a sweep for any nails that were missed the night before. Call Summit Exteriors for your next project.

A hail storm struck the house and literally left holes that you could stick your arm through. Robbie was the first on scene and was enthusiastic the moment he stepped out of the truck. we informed him that we may choose a different contractor but he still remained enthusiastic on JUST LOOKING at the damage. After discussions with multiple contractors we decided to go with Robbie and Summit. We chose to get a "few" upgrades but the entire Summit crew helped us make our dreams a reality. Not only did they help us but they made the entire process with the insurance company STRESS FREE! The constant above and beyond what was expected helped me remain at ease during the entire process. I can't say enough about Summit but I will most certainly be recommending them.

Summit Exteriors originally replaced our roof and gutters that were damaged from a storm. They had done a beautiful job and were very easy to work with. In fact, we ended up reaching out to them to repaint our kitchen, dining room and great room. Again, the results are beautiful! We could not be any happier with this company and their staff. Rob and his staff were great! Very honest and trustworthy, with wonderful manners. I felt very safe and comfortable with them working on our home. Our roof was done in a timely manner and looks amazing. They kept the debris from the old roof removal at a minimum and yard was kept clean. I had an excellent experience using Summit Exteriors to install a new roof on my house. The roofing crew was on time, hard working, professional and completed the removal of old shingles and installation of new shingles in only 4 hours. They even replaced worn and damaged plywood boards as necessary. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and look of the new roof and would highly recommend Summit Exteriors to anyone looking for a roof installation.

I really can't recommend her in 100% but in summary she regained and was able to help me from my financial mess to a stable and financial balance. Last summer, a hailstorm caused significant damage to our siding, roof, and gutters. After consulting with several companies, Summit stood out as the best choice. Robbie was exceptionally helpful and flexible throughout the entire process. We had solar panels that needed to be removed, which added complexity, but Robbie coordinated with his partners to ensure everything went smoothly. Each part of the job was handled by highly professional and competent staff, including the roofers, siding crew, gutter crew, and solar engineers. Robbie continuously checked in to ensure our satisfaction and comfort with the progress. Lee managed the coordination with our insurance agency, making the process of payments and inspections seamless, which was a great relief for us. The project was completed on time and within budget, and everything looks even better than it did before the storm. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the staff and the work performed. The ongoing communication kept us informed about delivery dates, scope, and provided reassurance by answering our questions. We give this company a 5-star rating and highly recommend them. Last summer we had a hailstorm that did some pretty extensive damage to our siding, roof, and gutters. After talking to a few different companies Summit felt like the best fit; Robbie was extremely helpful and flexible through the whole process. Every aspect of the job was staffed with very professional and very competent staff, the roofers, siding crew, gutter crew, and solar engineers. Throughout each stage Robbie reached out to check on our satisfaction and comfort with the job/progress. Lee worked with the insurance agency to help streamline coordination for payments and inspections; this was a huge lift off our shoulders as we are not familiar with that realm of knowledge. Job was completed on time and on budget, and everything looks better than it did before post storm even. Extremely satisfied with the quality of staff and work performed. The constant dialogue to keep us updated on delivery dates, and scope, as well as reassurance and answering our questions was 5 stars. Cannot recommend this company enough. If you need any work done on your house or other structures, this IS THE COMPANY to work with.

We unfortunately sustained extensive damage to our home and two out-buildings due to recent inclement weather. Knowing the complexities involved dealing with insurance companies, we wanted a local company that had extensive experience with claims along with the ability to provide an expert evaluation of damages. After doing some local research and seeing other properties in the Southern Maryland area that sustained damages and had their roofs replaced, we reached out Summit Exteriors. Rob and his team of professionals responded quickly and were able to turn our unfortunate situation into a hassle free, easy process. They provided a very detailed inspection and explained exactly how they would go about dealing with our insurance adjusters. Anyone whose ever had to deal with insurance companies for a claim know this can be a very daunting task. The Summit Exteriors team relieved us of this headache and dealt directly with our adjusters to ensure we received top quality materials and service. I would highly recommend reaching out to Rob and his team at Summit Exteriors if you sustained or think you’ve sustained any type of storm damage. It’s reassuring to know that dealing with a local company that can respond promptly and not leave you in limbo like companies outside of area.
