Last year I called to get an evaluation on my roof. I didn’t want to start any other projects until I was sure the roof was okay. The first company didn’t go on the roof and would not provide a quote when I wanted to know if it would be covered by my insurance. The second company was too busy to return my calls. Finally I called Summit. They came out and climbed up on the roof right away. They identified the issues, talked me thru all options and helped me navigate the insurance claim process. They were on site when the insurance evaluator came out, just in case they might have questions. The team was here waiting for first light and worked until sunset cleaning up. A hail storm struck the house and literally left holes that you could stick your arm through.
