Last year I called to get an evaluation on my roof. I didn’t want to start any other projects until I was sure the roof was okay. The first company didn’t go on the roof and would not provide a quote when I wanted to know if it would be covered by my insurance. The second company was too busy to return my calls. Finally I called Summit. They came out and climbed up on the roof right away. They identified the issues, talked me thru all options and helped me navigate the insurance claim process. They were on site when the insurance evaluator came out, just in case they might have questions. The team was here waiting for first light and worked until sunset cleaning up. This was a great company to work with. It started out as an insurance claim. Rob came out and did an inspection and gave me the necessary paperwork to start a claim with Nationwide. Once Nationwide sent there adjuster Rob met him at my house and they walked the roof together. After his report Nationwide gave me full coverage. Then Rob stayed in touch until the job was complete. After the work I saw no sign that they had been there except a new roof. Molly is also a pleasure to work with.

I just had my vinyl siding replaced by Summit Exteriors! They did an amazing job! I had an estimate quoted back in June. I had several delays on my end for doing the job. Rob was very understanding and as soon as we confirmed the date they were here the following week. The workers who installed the siding were so nice. The end product was better than I hoped! Summit Exteriors totally rebuilt our front porch and side deck. They did an amazing job: very thorough, professional, and great attention to detail. We used a combination of Trex composite for the flooring and natural wood for the pickets, railing and steps. The natural wood was finished in a beautiful color that accented the Trex composite. We chose a finish to show the natural grain of the wood. The porch and deck are such a dramatic improvement that our normal UPS and FEDEX drivers have gone the extra mile to compliment the work.

A hail storm struck the house and literally left holes that you could stick your arm through. Robbie was the first on scene and was enthusiastic the moment he stepped out of the truck. we informed him that we may choose a different contractor but he still remained enthusiastic on JUST LOOKING at the damage. After discussions with multiple contractors we decided to go with Robbie and Summit. We chose to get a "few" upgrades but the entire Summit crew helped us make our dreams a reality. Not only did they help us but they made the entire process with the insurance company STRESS FREE! The constant above and beyond what was expected helped me remain at ease during the entire process. They helped me extensively with documenting, communicating estimates/specs and ultimately getting my insurance claim paid - it would’ve been a much larger hassle if it weren’t for their support and expertise. Once the work was scheduled, the roofing crew arrived promptly, installed skillfully and were very polite and attentive to my requests. Follow-up was prompt and effective. Fantastic experience getting a roof replacement with Rob and the Summit Exteriors team. The summer hailstorm finally finished off our roof and Rob clearly presented options on what going through our insurance company for a roof replacement might look like. Lee worked efficiently with our insurance company making things extremely easy for us. The process left us with a gorgeous brand new roof with a 50 year warranty.
