Summit replaced our roof and shutters and they power washed the house. Our 18yo house got a really nice exterior face lift. Summit was easy to work with and very responsive.

Last year I called to get an evaluation on my roof. I didn’t want to start any other projects until I was sure the roof was okay. The first company didn’t go on the roof and would not provide a quote when I wanted to know if it would be covered by my insurance. The second company was too busy to return my calls. Finally I called Summit. They came out and climbed up on the roof right away. They identified the issues, talked me thru all options and helped me navigate the insurance claim process. They were on site when the insurance evaluator came out, just in case they might have questions. The team was here waiting for first light and worked until sunset cleaning up. We unfortunately sustained extensive damage to our home and two out-buildings due to recent inclement weather. Robbie and his team did an outstanding job on my roof installation prior to my placing my house for sale. I had a flat roof that needed repair which added some additional time. Robbie went out of his way to ensure he had the right person for the job and that it was done right. I can safe say that the new home owners will have a house that has a quality roof and flat roof.
